Producers

Our aim is to source our wines from some of the most exciting and dynamic vineyards from around the world. We deliberately don’t stock any of the ‘big brands’ which may be familiar from the supermarket shelves.

By buying from sometimes relatively small vineyards, we have access to more exclusive wines (they simply can’t produce much!) than bigger wine merchants and we're not afraid to buy in a good wine and see stocks run out.

Amongst the better-known wine styles here you may find some that are less familiar. We encourage you to take the plunge and hope that some new discoveries may become new favourites.

When sourcing a new wine, we're looking for quality and that the wine should reflect the region in which it is produced and the people who make it. We like to develop a relationship with our producers and try to visit them whenever possible. Some of them even come here to visit us!
