Sanchez Romate Iberia Cream Special Reserve Sherry

A beautiful Cream Sherry, with well-balanced soft, creamy flavours; for once not marred by the dominating sticky sweetness we have come to expect from this style.

Deep mahogany in colour, with a complex nose and a palate combining vanilla, dried figs, hazelnuts and toffee. The finish is rich but not cloying, and adds notes of prunes and cacao powder. Delightful!
