Buy wine

I have a soft spot for this region having visited a number of times. I love the greenness of the region, its amazing shell fish and of course its delicious white wines.

The famous one is Albariño and we love its zippy citrus freshness. More recently we were introduced to Godello and Treixadura. Also excellent.

We changed suppliers from Galicia several times before settling on Chaves.

The DO is Rias Baixas for Albariño and is rightly famous.
