Domaine de l'Escarelle

This property's 100 hectares of vines flourish in a beautiful protected verdant setting of 1,000 hectares in total. The vines are planted on soil consisting of limestone pebbles, on terraces separated by dry-stone walls at an altitude up to 500 metres above sea level, faithfully following the shape of Escarelle's hills and the Montagne de la Loube. This variation in altitude contributes to the terroir's special character, enabling the vinification of very expressive wines, defining Escarelle's unique, sophisticated style.

These are beautiful rosés delivering the pale, fruit-forward style so much in demand currently.
