Wine which undergoes biological aging under layer of flor, 100% Palomino variety, it is aged 2-3 years using the process of "Soleras and Criaderas" in American oak casks. It is 15% ABV. Bright, with straw yellow colour and greenish glints.  Bread, almond and citrus aromas intertwine in a wine with fine and intense aromatic profile. Light body, dry and smooth in the mouth leaving a lively and refreshing feeling.
