Wine which undergoes biological aging under layer of flor, 100% Palomino variety, it is aged 2-3 years using the process of "Soleras and Criaderas" in American oak casks. It is 15% ABV.
Bright, with straw yellow colour and greenish glints. You can still appreciate fruity aromas reminiscent of its original must, but those aromas coming from the yeast metabolism predominate above all. Bread, almond and citrus aromas intertwine in a wine with fine and intense aromatic profile. Light body, dry and smooth in the mouth leaving a lively and refreshing feeling.
