Today an since 1990, a land subsidiary compagny has been created in order to perpetuade the wine growing of the Cher Valley by the restructuring of the vineyard by the purchase of rescale by plantations.
The specifications of a well thought out cultivation which is added to the new technology allows us to work the wine with wisdom. As we are still listen to the nature, so we can collect the grapes during the best time of their maturity.
These different acts allows to maintain a volume of production to dictate it qualitatively and to control it to be learner of nature as the same time.
Our wine growers cultivate grapes like the Sauvignon, the Chenin, The Chardonnay for the white ones and the Gamay, the Cabernet, the Côt (Malbec) The Grolleau, The Pinot noir, for the red and rosé ones in the heart of a region full of history, monuments and castels of the Loire.
The cooperative cellar from the vineyard to the wine which is put in the bottle is a tool of production which sells quality of wines (AOP) such as : white, rosé and red Touraine, Rosé de Loire, Touraine Amboise, Crémant de Loire and Sparkling wine of Touraine AOC, white and rosé and Touraine Chenonceaux white and red. The group is also an agent for a patent of production and marketing for the aperitif from Touraine area which is named l' Epine noire and which is liked by full of tourists, restaurant owners shopkeepers and other nostalgies of the very old drink.
