A historic and yet relatively rare Champagne grape variety, Pinot blanc expresses itself wonderfully on the clay-limestone soils of the Côte des Bar and more specifically in Celles-sur-Ource, where some of the oldest plots are located. Here he offers a round and fruity champagne that is particularly easy to access.
